Pricing your home correctly is one of the most important steps in the selling process. It’s part research, part strategy, and part knowing the local market inside and out—and that’s where I come in.

Why the Right Price Matters

The right price does three things:

  • Attracts the right buyers
  • Helps you earn top dollar
  • Sells your home faster

 

Price is usually the first thing buyers look at when deciding which homes to tour. Even if your home has beautiful features, pricing it too high can turn buyers away. It’s important to stay objective and avoid pricing based on emotions or personal attachment.
