CAROLYN Z. FISCHMAN

A proud native New Mexican, Carolyn is deeply passionate about her home state and the vibrant city of Albuquerque. She is a seasoned REALTOR whose past career in marketing, advertising, and media honed her skills in active listening, negotiation, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail.
 
Carolyn’s knowledge of Albuquerque neighborhoods allows her to understand the value of each area, whether selling in that neighborhood or matching it to a buyer. Her priority is actively listening to the needs and preferences of her clients to find their ideal real estate solution.
 
Aside from her professional endeavors, Carolyn is an avid animal advocate having previously served as Director of Development and board member for Animal Humane NM. In her spare time, her hobbies, include cooking, crafting, hiking, and music appreciation. As an amateur artist & photographer, she finds joy in expressing her creativity through various mediums.
 
Carolyn couldn’t be prouder of her family — a son and daughter-in-law who are both
Albuquerque professionals. She also has four precious fur babies — all rescues — including
two dogs and two miniature Nubian goats.
 
Her favorite day in real estate is closing day, where she sees her client’s dreams become reality, knowing they are embarking on new chapters in their lives. Carolyn feels lucky to call New Mexico and Albuquerque home and is eager to share with clients all her beloved city and state have to offer.
