Added pavers over existing back patio and extended it into the grass and on both sides. Replaced sprinkler system in front and back yard with all new grass both locations. Stucco placed on back wall. -Added block wall to cover area where we put trash cans Added gutters for back upstairs deck and main roof Replaced swamp coolers with two new AC unites -TPO roof on main house -Infrared exterior heater installed on back porch
